What we collect, why we hold it, who else sees it, and how to have it removed.
Who is responsible
Zircon Supply Co., a trading name of Zircon LLC, 3275 S Stonegate Cir #104, New Berlin, WI 53151, is responsible for the personal information collected
through this website. Questions, corrections and deletion requests go to
support@zirconsupply.store.
What we collect

Who else sees it
- Our payment processor (Square) receives what it needs to take and settle the payment
and to run fraud checks. It is the party that handles your card number, not us. - Shipping carriers and freight lines receive the delivery name, address and, for
freight, a contact number so they can arrange the appointment. - Our hosting provider stores the site and its database on our behalf.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information, rent mailing lists, or share your details with anyone for their
own marketing. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party behavioural trackers on this site.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie, a cart cookie that remembers what
you put in your basket, and a login cookie if you create an account. There are no advertising cookies.
Blocking cookies entirely will stop the cart from working.
We send transactional email — order confirmation, dispatch and tracking, and replies to your
questions. If you opt in to stock or restock notices you can unsubscribe from the link in any of them,
and that does not affect order emails.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Correspondence is
kept for two years. An account you create is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Write to support@zirconsupply.store and you can ask us to give you a copy of the personal
information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete your account and its associated
data. We answer within 30 days. Where we must keep an order record for tax purposes we will tell you
which record is being retained and why.
Children
This store is intended for adults and for institutions buying for classrooms. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from anyone under 16. Several materials sold here are not suitable for
unsupervised use by children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with a new date. Material changes affecting
existing customers will also be emailed.
